I am Kamyar Moini, an officially certified coach by the Federation of the Islamic Republic of Iran, holding a coaching diploma from the IFBB (International Federation of Bodybuilding and Fitness). In 2014, 2015, and 2016, I won championship titles in Tehran, national competitions, the World Diamond Cup, and the IFBB Fitness Expo in Dubai. I have been professionally active in the fitness field for approximately 10 years, and my primary goal in sharing my knowledge and experience (gained over these years) is to improve individual health and help people achieve a beautiful physique.
